2. Digital Products
Pajosy Digital sells and provides digital products, including but not limited to Canva templates, planners, journals, trackers, workbooks, faceless reels resources, hooks, prompts, PLR/MRR resources and access PDFs.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.
3. Access & Delivery
After purchase, you will receive access to the digital product through the checkout platform, email delivery, download page, access PDF, Google Drive link, Canva template link or another digital delivery method.
You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and saving your access links after purchase.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Pajosy Digital does not directly store your full payment card information.
We may update product prices, promotional offers, bonuses and availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.
By purchasing, you understand that digital files, templates, links and downloadable resources cannot be physically returned.

6. PLR / MRR Rights
Some products may include PLR, MRR or commercial rights. These rights only apply when they are clearly stated on the product page, access PDF, license document or product description.

- Guarantee income or results when reselling or promoting the products.
8. Canva & Third-Party Platforms
Some products may require access to Canva, Google Drive, Beacons, Gumroad, Stan Store, Etsy, Instagram, TikTok or other third-party tools.
Pajosy Digital is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, pricing updates or policy changes made by third-party platforms.
Some Canva templates may include elements that require Canva Pro. You may replace premium elements with free alternatives if needed.
9. No Income Guarantee
Pajosy Digital provides digital products, templates, educational resources and marketing assets. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, make sales, grow an audience or achieve any specific business result.
Your results depend on your effort, skills, consistency, niche, audience, pricing, marketing strategy and market conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, product descriptions, brand assets, graphics, layouts, copy and original materials created by Pajosy Digital remain the intellectual property of Pajosy Digital unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product gives you access to use the product according to the included license. It does not transfer ownership of the Pajosy Digital brand, website, sales copy or original branding.
11. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you edit, market, sell and use the digital products. You are also responsible for complying with local laws, taxes, business regulations, platform rules and consumer protection requirements in your country.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pajosy Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products.
We are not responsible for lost profits, failed sales campaigns, platform bans, account issues, technical problems with third-party tools or misuse of digital products after purchase.

We may update, improve, remove or replace product files, bonuses or resources at any time. Access to future updates is not guaranteed unless stated on the product page.
